SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
NOTE on BLACK FRIDAY and DECEMBER
For orders placed during the Black Friday weekend, normal delivery times and sales conditions may be subject to changes and additions. The information contained in the link is to be considered an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
We also wish to inform you that throughout the Christmas holiday period and, more generally, the month of December, delivery times may be delayed due to the high volume of packages that couriers have to handle.
COURIERS
Products purchased on Bee1 are shipped via FEDEX, TNT, SDA, BRT, GLS, and DHL couriers for Italian territory. For international shipments, the couriers are FEDEX, TNT, BRT, GLS, DHL.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
A package tracking service is active at the time of shipment. Package tracking is communicated to the customer directly by the courier, starting from the dispatch of the shipment, via 2 channels:
- via email
- via SMS
We therefore advise you to enter a valid and regularly checked email address, as well as a valid mobile number when placing your order.
The tracking code is active from the day following its receipt via email.
DELIVERY DAYS
Couriers deliver from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times. In the event of the recipient's absence, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery by means of a label affixed to the address. Delivery will be attempted twice: if both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be stored at the courier's nearest branch to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The courier is never obliged to contact the recipient, but it is useful to be reachable should this occur.
USEFUL ADVICE FOR THE CUSTOMER
When ordering, it is important to provide a correct telephone number (landline or mobile) to facilitate the resolution of the delivery process. It is important to indicate a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the goods. Furthermore, it is important to always include the surname on the intercom. Please note that Bee1 will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the courier's delivery service. We advise you to pay attention to the estimated delivery time indicated in the SMS and email you will receive after the shipment has been dispatched.
FURTHER NOTES
In the case of deliveries made to receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), Bee1 will not be responsible for subsequent failed deliveries of the package to the final recipient.
Delivery countries (international)
If a destination country does not appear in the drop-down menu during checkout, it means that product delivery to that country is currently not provided.
SHIPPING COSTS
ITALY
Prepaid order (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal) for orders under 30 euros: Euro 7.00
Surcharge for cash on delivery order due to handling costs: +Euro 5.00 (total €12.00)
Shipping is free for orders over 30 euros.
The surcharge for cash on delivery orders is still applicable for any amount.
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the destination country.
EU COUNTRIES
Prepaid order (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal) for orders under 100 euros: Euro 15.00
NON-EU COUNTRIES
Prepaid order (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal) for orders under 200 euros: Euro 20.00
Shipping costs do not include import duties and any additional taxes that may apply based on the destination.
DELIVERY TIMES
ITALY: Delivery usually takes place within 5 working days from order processing. Any delivery delays may be caused by courier service malfunctions, force majeure, or holidays. If you have not received the goods after 7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), please contact Bee1 customer service at info@bee1.it. For cash on delivery orders, we usually contact the customer and request further order confirmation before proceeding with the shipment: only after this phone contact can the order be shipped (which is why it is important to enter a correct phone number when purchasing).
INTERNATIONAL: In EU countries, delivery generally takes place within 7 working days of order receipt (which increases to 10 for non-EU countries). Any delivery delays may be caused by courier service malfunctions, force majeure, or holidays. If you have not received the goods after 12 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), please contact Bee1 customer service at info@bee1.it.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
In the case of shipments addressed to a country outside of Italian territory, the goods may be subject to customs duties and any sales taxes. Any additional charges related to customs clearance will be exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. Customs duties and any taxes vary depending on the destination country and are applied upon arrival of the goods in that country. For information regarding the amount of duties and any taxes, and the customs clearance procedures for goods, it is advisable to contact the competent Customs Offices of the destination country.
