SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
NOTE on BLACK FRIDAY and DECEMBER
For orders placed during the Black Friday weekend, the normal times and conditions of sale may be subject to changes and additions. The information contained in the link is to be considered in all respects part of the Conditions of Sale.
We would also like to inform you that throughout the Christmas holidays and more generally during the month of December, delivery times may be subject to delays due to the high number of parcels that the Couriers have to manage.
COURIERS
The shipment of products purchased on Bee1 is carried out by TNT, SDA, BRT, GLS and DHL couriers for the Italian territory. For abroad the couriers are TNT, BRT, GLS, DHL.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
A tracking service is active for the package at the time of shipment. The tracking of the package is communicated to the customer directly by the courier, starting from the departure of the shipment, through 2 channels:
- by email
- via SMS
We therefore recommend that you enter a valid and regularly checked email address, as well as a valid mobile number when completing your order.
The tracking code is active starting from the day after it arrives via email.
DAYS FOR DELIVERY
Couriers deliver from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times. If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice of passage via a label attached to the address. Delivery will be attempted twice: if both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be stored at the courier's office closest to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The courier is never required to contact the recipient, but it is useful to be reachable if this happens.
USEFUL TIPS FOR THE CUSTOMER
When ordering, it is important to indicate a correct telephone number (landline or mobile) to facilitate the resolution of the delivery procedure. It is important to indicate a delivery address where there is someone who can collect the goods. Furthermore, it is important to always indicate the surname shown on the intercom. We remind you that Bee1 will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier. We recommend that you pay attention to the indicative time of expected delivery reported in the SMS and email that you will receive after the shipment.
FURTHER NOTES
In the case of deliveries made to receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), Bee1 will not be responsible for subsequent failed deliveries of the package to the final recipient.
Delivery countries (abroad)
If a destination country does not appear among those listed in the appropriate drop-down menu during checkout, it means that delivery of the products to that country is not currently planned.
SHIPPING COSTS
ITALY
Advance payment of the order (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal) for orders under 60 euros: Euro 6.00
Surcharge for cash on delivery orders due to management costs: + Euro 5.00 (total €11.00)
Shipping is free for orders over 60 euros.
The cash on delivery surcharge is still present for any amount.
ABROAD
Shipping costs abroad vary depending on the destination country.
EU COUNTRIES
Advance payment of the order (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal) for orders under 100 euros: Euro 15.00
NON-EU COUNTRIES
Advance payment of the order (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal) for orders under 200 euros: Euro 20.00
Shipping costs do not include import duties and any additional taxes that may apply depending on the destination location.
DELIVERY TIMES
ITALY: delivery usually takes place within 5 working days from the order processing. Any delays in delivery may be caused by malfunctions in the courier service, by force majeure or in the event of holidays. If after 7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you have not received the goods, please contact Bee1 customer service at the email address info@bee1.it . For orders with cash on delivery, we usually contact the customer and request further confirmation of the order before proceeding with the shipment: only after this telephone contact can the order be shipped (for this reason it is important to enter a correct telephone number at the time of purchase.
ABROAD: In EU countries, delivery generally takes place within 7 working days from receipt of the order (which increases to 10 for non-EU countries). Any delays in delivery may be caused by malfunctions in the courier service, by force majeure or in the event of holidays. If after 12 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you have not yet received the goods, please contact Bee1 customer service at the email address info@bee1.it .
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
In the event of shipment to a country outside of Italy, the goods may be subject to customs duties and any sales taxes. Any additional charges relating to customs clearance will be borne exclusively by the recipient. Customs duties and any taxes vary based on the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the country. For information regarding the amount of duties and any taxes, and the customs clearance procedures for goods, we recommend contacting the competent Customs Offices of the country of destination.
