RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract by informing us of your intention to return the products within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This means that you can communicate your intention to return the products within 14 days after the product has been delivered.
It is essential that the returned goods do not show signs of wear and tear; we can only accept items returned in their original state.
First of all, get in touch with our customer service by filling in the "Return request" form that you can find by clicking here (only in case of urgency send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org). You will be given precise instructions.
However, make sure you have the following minimum information at hand:
the serial number to which the return refers;
the code of the product/s/products to be returned;
the buyer’s data (name and surname, email).
You can find the order number on the confirmation email we sent you immediately after the purchase, with the sender of the order @bee1.it (Bee1). If you don’t seem to find the email, also check the SPAM folder of your email or the Gmail Promotions folder.

After contacting the customer service and agreeing the return, send - possibly by courier - the package to the address:

Please note: Be sure to pack the goods with the same container with which they were sent to you or a similar container, writing in evidence the sender (your name and address) and recipient (PIEFFE SPORT S.N.C. and address indicated above). It also specifies to the courier the opening hours of the office, in order to simplify the return procedure and speed up the refund times.

Any costs due to stocks at post offices resulting in collection by us will see a variable charge (from 10 to 20 euros) that will be deducted from the refund.
