NOTE ON BLACK FRIDAY AND DECEMBER
For orders placed during the Black Friday weekend the normal timing and conditions of sale may be subject to changes and additions. The information contained in the link must be considered part of the Terms of Sale.
We would also like to inform you that throughout the holiday season and more generally the month of December delivery times may be delayed due to the large number of parcels that the couriers are handling.
The products purchased on Bee1 are shipped by couriers TNT, SDA, BRT, GLS and DHL to the Italian territory. For foreign carriers are TNT, BRT, GLS, DHL.
A tracking service (tracking) of the package is active at the time of shipment. The tracking of the package is communicated to the customer directly by the courier, starting from the departure of the shipment, through 2 channels:
We therefore recommend that you enter a valid and regularly consulted email address, as well as a valid mobile phone number when completing the order.
The tracking code is active from the day after the arrival of the same email.
DAYS FOR THE DELIVERY
Couriers deliver from Monday to Friday, both morning and afternoon. The recipient may not request delivery on specific days or times. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage through a label affixed to the home. Delivery will be attempted 2 times: in the event that both attempts fail, the package will be stored at the location of the courier closest to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The courier is never required to contact the recipient, but it is useful to be available if this happens.
USEFUL ADVICE FOR THE CUSTOMER
During the order it is important to indicate a correct telephone number (landline or mobile phone number) to facilitate the resolution of the delivery. It is important to indicate a delivery address where there is someone who can pick up the goods. In addition, it is important to always indicate the surname on the intercom. We remind you that Bee1 will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier. We advise you to pay attention to the estimated delivery time indicated in the SMS and the email you will receive after the shipment.
In case of deliveries made at receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), Bee1 will not be responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient.
Countries of delivery (foreign)
If a destination country does not appear among those listed in the appropriate drop-down menu during checkout, it means that currently there is no delivery of products in that country.
Prepayment of the order (credit card, prepaid, PayPal) for orders less than 60 euros: Euro 6,00
Surcharge for cash on delivery due to handling costs: +Euro 5,00 (total 11,00€)
Shipping is free for orders over 60 euros.
The surcharge for cash on delivery is still present for any amount.
Shipping costs abroad vary depending on the country of destination.

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU

Shipping costs do not include import duties and any additional taxes that may be applied depending on the destination.
ITALY: delivery usually takes place within 5 working days of processing the order. Any delay in delivery may be caused by malfunctions in the service by the courier, force majeure or in case of holidays. If you have exceeded 7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you have not yet received the goods, please contact Bee1 customer service at email@example.com . For cash on delivery orders, we usually contact the customer and request a further confirmation of the order before proceeding with the shipment: only after this telephone contact the order can be shipped (For this reason it is important to enter a correct phone number at the time of purchase.
FOREIGN COUNTRIES: In EU countries the delivery is usually made within 7 working days from the receipt of the order (rising to 10 for non-EU countries). Any delay in delivery may be caused by malfunctions in the service by the courier, force majeure or in case of holidays. If you have exceeded 12 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you have not yet received the goods, please contact Bee1 customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org .
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
In case of shipment addressed to a country outside the Italian territory, the goods may be subject to the imposition of customs duties and any sales taxes. Any additional charges relating to customs clearance shall be borne exclusively by the recipient. Customs duties and any taxes vary depending on the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the same country. For information on the amount of duties and any taxes, and the methods of customs clearance of goods, it is advisable to contact the competent Customs Offices of the country of destination.
