1. Trade policy

1.1 PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C offers products for sale on www.bee1.it and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are 'consumers'.

1.2 When we talk about 'consumer' we mean any natural person who acts on www.bee1.it for purposes not related to his/her commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any. If you are not a 'consumer', we invite you to refrain from concluding commercial transactions through www.bee1.it.

1.3 In consideration of its commercial policy, PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C reserves the right not to follow up on orders from subjects other than the 'consumer' or in any case on orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.

1.4 These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.bee1.it between the users of www.bee1.it and the Seller.

2. How to conclude the contract with Bee1.

2.1 To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on www.bee1.it, you must fill out the order form in electronic format and send it to Bee1, electronically, following the relevant instructions.

2.2 The order completion page contains a link to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment that you can use to purchase each product and the delivery methods of the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, a link to the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.

2.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, electronically, the order form, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to the order itself.

2.4 The order will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law and the privacy legislation which you can consult in full at this link.

2.5 In the event of errors or missing data necessary to process the order, before proceeding with the transmission of the order form you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors.

2.6 Once the contract has been concluded, PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C will take charge of your purchase order.

2.7 PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C may not process your purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products presented on www.bee1.it are no longer available or on sale at the time of sending the order form, Bee1 will inform you promptly and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the day following the day on which you sent your order to the Seller, of the possible unavailability of the products ordered. In the event of forwarding the order and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the amount already paid by you.

2.8 By electronically transmitting the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in your dealings with PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C, these General Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with some of the terms set out in the General Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to complete the order for the purchase of products on www.bee1.it

2.10 Once the contract has been concluded, PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C will send you, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (General Conditions of Sale, Information on the right of withdrawal, information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and detailed indication of the price, payment methods and delivery costs).

3. Guarantees

3.1 Only original and top quality products are offered for sale on www.bee1.it. These products are purchased directly by Bee1 from authorized manufacturers and retailers.

3.2 The Seller does not sell used, irregular or lower quality products than the corresponding standards offered on the market.

3.3 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.bee1.it within each product sheet. The images and colours of the products may however not correspond to the real ones also due to the effect of the Internet browser and the monitor used.

3.4 Product prices may be subject to change. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order.

3.5 Purchase requests coming from countries not included among those to which shipping is expected cannot be accepted by the Seller.

3.6 The Seller, in the event of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

4. Shipping

4.1 The shipment of products purchased on Bee1 is carried out via courier TNT, SDA, BRT (Bartolini), GLS, DHL for the Italian territory. For the European territory via couriers TNT, BRT (Bartolini), GLS, DHL. For the rest of the world the couriers are GLS and DHL.

4.2 Delivery times

ITALY: delivery usually takes place within 5 working days from receipt of the order. Any delays in delivery may be caused by malfunctions in the courier service, by force majeure or in the event of holidays. If after 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you have not yet received the goods, please contact Bee1 customer service at the email address info@bee1.it . For orders with cash on delivery, we usually contact the customer and request further confirmation of the order before proceeding with the shipment: only after this telephone contact can the order be shipped (for this reason it is important to enter a correct telephone number at the time of purchase.

EUROPE: in Europe, delivery generally takes place within 7 working days from receipt of order. Any delays in delivery may be caused by malfunctions in the courier service, by force majeure or in the event of holidays. If after 7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you have not received the goods, please contact Bee1 customer service at the email address info@bee1.it .

REST OF THE WORLD: in “Rest of the World” delivery generally takes place within 10 working days from receipt of order. Any delays in delivery may be caused by malfunctions in the courier service, by force majeure or in the event of holidays. If after 10 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you have not received the goods, please contact Bee1 customer service at the email address info@bee1.it.

4.3 Costs and rates

ITALY

Advance payment of the order (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal) for orders under 60 euros: Euro 6.00

Shipping is free for orders over 60 euros.

Surcharge for cash on delivery orders due to management costs: +Euro 5.00

The cash on delivery surcharge is still present for any amount.

EUROPE

Shipping costs for Europe are Euro 15.00 for orders under Euro 100.00.

EUROPE EXTRA EU:

Shipping costs for Extra EU Europe are Euro 20.00 for orders under Euro 200.00.

REST OF THE WORLD:

Shipping costs for the Rest of the World are Euro 20.00 for orders under Euro 200.00.

5. Payments

You can pay for your purchases on the Bee1 website in 3 main ways:

1. Credit or prepaid cards (i.e. secure advance payment): Visa, Mastercard, Nexi (Carta Sì) and PostePay circuits

2. PayPal (i.e. secure advance payment)

3. Cash on delivery (only for Italy). Payment is made in cash to the courier, upon delivery of the goods.

Shipping with cash on delivery has an additional shipping cost of €5.00

In case of return and subsequent refund, a bank account will be requested to make the payment; furthermore, you may have to wait a few more days compared to the digital payment.

Although it is a safe method, in case of payment by cash on delivery it will be more difficult for us to assist you if you want to know the status of the refund.

Payment on delivery (cash on delivery) is accepted in cash and the courier is not required to have change available

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

6.1 Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form to Special), he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in the following points. To exercise this right, the customer must send PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C a communication to this effect, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

6.2 This communication must be sent by email to info@bee1.it. Once the aforementioned withdrawal communication has been received, PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C will promptly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods, which must reach PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C within 10 days of authorization.

6.3 The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

- the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the product purchased;

- the right does not apply to sealed products once opened;

- the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts;

- to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box, indicating the wording 'RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL';

- in all cases, the application of labels or adhesive tape directly onto the original product packaging must be avoided;

- by law, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer;

- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

- in the event of damage to the goods during transport, PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C will inform the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this eventuality, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal;

- PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C is in no way responsible for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;

- upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and/or original wrapping are damaged, PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C will withhold a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs. Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C will refund the customer the entire amount already paid, within 14 days of the return of the goods, through a reversal procedure of the amount charged. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (ABI - CAB - Current Account Code of the invoice holder). The right of withdrawal lapses entirely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C ascertains: - the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;

- the absence of integral elements of the product;

- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport. In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs.

7. Exchange of goods

Goods purchased in the wrong color or size may be replaced upon customer notification within 10 days of receipt. Damaged products or products showing signs of wear of any kind will not be replaced. Shipments for exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization from PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C.

9. Refund times and methods

9.1 After the return of the products, PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C will carry out the necessary checks regarding their conformity. In the event that the checks are concluded positively, PIEFFE SPORT Snc di Rossignoli Francesco, Paolo & C will send you, via email, the relative confirmation of acceptance of the returned products.

9.2 Whatever payment method you used, the refund is activated by the Seller as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, after verifying the correct execution of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of the returned products.

9.3 If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by the Seller, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.

9.4 The return shipping is entirely at your expense

9.5 The refund will be made in euros and - in the case of shipments from foreign countries - potential variations in exchange rates, customs charges, VAT and duties will not be refunded.

10. Special Products: Release Launches, Maximum Purchasable Quantities, Cancellation and Refunds

For limited quantity product launches, special editions, exclusive releases – such as, for example, the online release of highly anticipated shoe models with low quantity availability – the maximum quantity that can be purchased by the customer is set at 1 piece per customer. 'Piece' does not mean size, but rather total quantity of that item. If the customer purchases a higher number of pieces, Bee1 reserves the right to cancel the order for the excess pieces, refunding the customer the corresponding amount. This precaution is intended to avoid mass purchases by resellers and retailers, and therefore protect customers by guaranteeing everyone the same opportunities to purchase the product.

COUPON: The commercial conditions of the individual coupons are explained in the relative communications; unless otherwise indicated in the communication phase, no discount code is to be considered cumulative.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.

13. Edit and update

The General Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication.

These conditions of sale are however integrated and completed by the vertical and specific sections present on the site and relating to payment methods, returns and refunds, shipments and deliveries. We therefore invite you to read all the procedures and conditions relating to each point.
